Jose Vallecillo

I grew up in a religious home where I lived with my parents. I never went to the church when I was very young. Later, when my mother received Christ as her Savior, and I had grown some, she took upon herself the big task of trying to make me go to church. I was a rebellious boy, but the children in the Sunday School, and the teachers, grasped my attention with a card. I had attended church four years, and then when I was teen, I went to church and the Lord did the work of convincing me to follow him. One night when I was attending a service, the pastor made the invitation. At that moment I received Christ in my heart and now I am such a happy man.

I do open-air evangelism, literature distribution, discipleship and pastor a church. I have trained some men to become pastors and have started two new churches.

We do not have a house of our own, but live in the house paid for by the church. I would love to have a home of our own. We like rice, beans, eggs and flour tortillas, and also vegetable soup. We buy all our foods.

We have a great project to build a worship center for our church as we are now renting a place. Please pray that the Lord will increase our support so that we might be able to spend more time telling our people about Jesus Christ. Pray for our faithfulness to Him.
